Now some ex-serving salesman in our company and other companies personnel are selling laptop batteries, adapters and other products in the name of our company, which has made an extreme impact on our regular business and our reputation. Moreover, their quality and service problem has had some bad effect on the society. So now our company will make the following statement to our clients:

1.All the materials used in our products are purchased from professional manufacturer and provided with warranty (see the part of quality undertaking)

2.All the business current accounts trading with our company are the allocated accounts (see the page attached). Our company will never charge our clients through any other company's account.

3.All the products purchased from our company will be provided warranty conforming to the business term and condition agreed upon before by both our parts. During the warranty time, we will not charge any other fees. What's more, our company will never refuse to fulfill warranty obligation in any way.

现因个别不在职业务人员和其它公司人员，冒充我公司名义对外销售笔记本电池和适配器等产品，给我司的正常业务和信誉造成极大的影响，且因质量和服务问题，已经在社会上造成一些不良影响。本公司现对广大客户做以下申明：

1．凡本公司生产的产品使用的原材料，都在正规格的厂商采购和提供质保（见质量承诺书）。

2．凡与本公司交易的商业往来账户，都为指定的账户（见附页）。本公司不会以任何其它公司账号收取客户任何费用。

3．凡购买的本公司产品，都按与客户确认好的商务条件做质保，质保过程不收取任何其它费用，且本公司不会以任何方式拒绝履行质保义务。
